Roksana completed her undergraduate studies at McMaster University in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. She then went on to obtain her Law Degree at the University of Birmingham, one of the U.K’s leading research universities.
After graduating from law school, Roksana began her legal career at one of the premier litigation associations in Southern Ontario, where she represented clients in various matters related to Insurance Defence Litigation and Personal Injury. These practice areas provided her with extensive courtroom experience as she appeared before the Ontario Provincial Court and the Ontario Superior Court as an advocate for her clients, both assisting senior lawyers of the bar with complex trials and running trials for her own clients.
Several years into her career, Roksana expanded her practice areas and put on her “Solicitor” hat. She began assisting clients with Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate and Corporate/Commercial matters and continues to do so today. Her skills as a litigator provide her with a distinct ability to ensure her solicitor clients are receiving the advice and service that will best protect their interests.
As a duly licensed lawyer, she is a proud member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of Ontario. She represents clients in both provinces and is an active member in both communities. Roksana is fluent in Polish, oral and written, and has assisted her clients with the preparation of various legal documents required by the Polish government. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and watching sports. She is an avid fan of the Calgary Flames, Liverpool FC and Forge FC.
